Protein Power Breakfast Bowl

- 6 oz extra firm tofu pressed, crumbled
- ¼ tsp salt
- sprinkle cayenne adjust to taste
- ⅛ tsp black pepper ground
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 4 baby yellow bell peppers sautéed in a pan with olive oil
- ½ large tomato sliced
- 2 cups kale
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 pouch rice/quinoa I used ready cook
- chili garlic sauce
Combine salt, cayenne, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside
Prepare your veggies and set aside for plating.
Sautée bell peppers in a pan until slightly brown. Around 5 min. Set aside.
Press and crumble your tofu and set aside.
Heat your ready made rice or quinoa according to package instructions
Add each ingredient into a bowl and sprinkle the tofu with your cayenne mixture, and a drizzle of chili garlic sauce starts your day with a bang!!!
