Equipment

  • blender
  • Fine metal sieve
  • Reusable 2oz shot jars
  • Mason jars
  • measuring cup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 thumb sized pieces of fresh ginger chopped
  • ½ tsp pink pitaya dragon fruit powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice approximately 3 lemons
  • 3 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until thoroughly combined
  • Strain through a fine metal sieve into a large jug or container.
  • Either pour into sealable glass shot glasses or into an airtight glass jar.

Notes

  • All items I use for my wellness shots can be found HERE
  • Substitute Pink Pitaya Powder with 1/2 cup of fresh dragon fruit. *black seeds will alter the color of these shots.
  • Fresh lemon is best, bottled will alter the flavor.
  • I used honey for its medicinal properties. To make vegan use apple honey or maple syrup.
