- 1 cup Whole milk plain yogurt or yogurt of choice + extra for serving
- 1 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1 Small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut water
- 1/4 cup Frozen mango
- 1 tsp Blue spirulina
- 1/2 cup Frozen green grapes
- 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut + extra for serving
Simply blend all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until rich and thick and creamy!
Next, add one Tbsp of extra yogurt into a chilled serving glass and swipe a little on the inside of the glass.
Then pour your smoothie into your prepared smoothie glass, top with extra yogurt and a tsp of shredded coconut. ENJOY!
