Equipment

  • Bar spoon, frother

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Blendtopia superfood latte pack*
  • ½ oz Peppermint schnapps or peppermint extract
  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk steamed or warmed
  • Candy cane crushed
  • Dairy free whipped topping

Instructions
 

  • Defrost and warm the superfood latte in the microwave
  • Next to a mug, add the latte, Irish whiskey, peppermint schnapps and stir to combine
  • Add the steamed coconut milk then top with whipped topping and crushed candy cane

Notes

  • I am a huge fan of Blendtopia store food lattes as they provide all the coffee flavor with added benefits of adaptogens and superfoods! Substitute with espresso if you cannot get your hands on blendtopia.
  • Use any alcohol of choice, vodka or scotch would be great substitutes.
  • If you don’t have a milk steamer you can heat it up on the stove and use a hand frother if you want extra body!
