Layered Rainbow Smoothie
A vibrant rainbow smoothie made with naturally colored fruit and vegetable layers, paired with beautifully tinted yogurts using spirulina, turmeric, and strawberry powder. A fun, creative, and nourishing smoothie made entirely from real ingredients and no artificial food dyes.

Yellow Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp yogurt of choice
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric add extra to reach the vibrant yellow you'd prefer
Green Smoothie
- 1.5 cups Frozen Mango
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado, diced, frozen
- 3-4 Tbsp Yogurt of choice
- splash of almond milk or milk of choice
Blue Yogurt
- 3-4 Tbsp Yogurt of choice
- 1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina Adjust to desired color
Purple Smoothie
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 4 Tbsp Yogurt of choice
- splash of almond milk or milk of choice
Pink Yogurt
- 3-4 Tbsp Yogurt of choice
- 1 tsp Strawberry Powder adjust for desired color
Red Smoothie
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 4 Tbsp Yogurt of choice
- splash of almond milk or milk of choice
Orange Smoothie
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 4 strawberries, frozen
- 4 Tbsp yogurt of choice
- splash of milk
Divide yogurt into 3 small bowls.Mix in each of your fruit superfood powders. Stir until smooth and vibrant, then chill in the fridge.
Next let’s blend our smoothies! Add ingredients for each smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.Add extra milk or yogurt if needed to help blending.Transfer to separate containers and chill until ready to assemble.
In a chilled glass, carefully layer. Start with the yellow yogurt, then continue layering alternating:smoothies, yogurts to build your rainbow effect
Give a gentle swirl if desired, add a straw, and serve immediately for the best visual effect.
