Key Lime Pie Oats

Don’t mind me. Just turning all of my favorite desserts into BREAKFAST! 🥹🙌🏻 stop. Drop. And rolllll your cute lil behind into the kitchen and make these DELICIOUS tropical key lime pie OATS! Zesty, bright, fresh, sweet and decadent. Allll of the flavors you know and love, with a few extras as always😎 it’s like a vacay in your mouth and I’m here for it!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup vegan Greek yogurt
  • cups rolled oats
  • cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp key lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 3 tbsp vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • tsp key lime zest regular lime works too
  • 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • crunched vegan graham cracker crumbs
  • pistachios
  • macadamia nut butter
  • extra vegan Greek yogurt
  • extra lime zest and lime slices

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add the oats, coconut, vegan Greek yogurt, vegan cream cheese, lime zest, sweetener of choice, lime juice, and coconut milk.
  • Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or ideally overnight.
  • Once you’re ready to serve, add half the mixture to a bowl, and top with fresh lime slices, small dollops of the macadamia nut butter, Greek yogurt, pistachios, and extra lime zest.
