Kale Pesto and Hemp Spaghetti
Holyyyy plant based protein yumgasms Batman!! I did the biggest internal happy dance once I took a slurpalicious fork full of this pasta yays!
With hemp and pumpkin seeds for an added burst of plant protein and the beautiful bold flavor packed pesto my fork did a lil happy twirl and my tummy thanked me. For the love of your taste buds get this simple bowl of yum in ya tum!

Spaghetti Ingredients
- ½ lb spaghetti
- avocado
- pumpkin seeds garnish
- hemp seeds garnish
Pesto Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale stems removed
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt more to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of one lemon
- ¼ - ½ cup raw almonds
- 1 tbsp dairy free cream cheese
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
FIRST let’s whip up that pesto. Blanch your kale in boiling salted water for 5 mins then transfer to a blender with all other pesto ingredients. Pulse until we’ll combine and set aside.
COOK spaghetti according to package directions.
Add your pasta and pesto to a bowl and toss thoroughly.
Serve with beautiful creamy avocado and a sprinkle of hemp seeds if desired. ENJOYYYY
