Cuisine Vegan
Ingredients
- 4 bananas sliced, frozen
- 2 oranges peeled, sliced, frozen
- ½ tsp orange zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ¾ cup flax milk
- 1½ cup vegan Greek style yogurt
- 1 cup vegan milk chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Begin by chilling your serving bowls ready for serving ** this prevents the smoothie from melting as you decorate **I used 4 very small serving bowls, but you can use 2 larger bowls too.
Next melt the vegan chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. Spoon into a piping bag. And set aside.
Add all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Remove the serving bowls from the freezer and spoon the smoothie into each bowl. Making sure the surface is flat.
Next grab your piping bag and start decorating!!! I simply googled jack o lantern faces and copied them! I am NO expert with a piping bag. So trust me. If I can do it you can too! So fun to have kids and family all decorating their own bowls!
Once you have your fun chocolate faces on the smoothie. Dig in!!
