Healthy Margarita Smoothie
Cinco de Mayo is coming, and what better way to celebrate than with a festive (and healthy!) twist? This Healthy Margarita Smoothie has all the zesty lime flavor of a classic marg, but is loaded with greens, coconut water, and a pinch of cayenne for the ultimate energizing blend. Shake some Tajin on your glass and get ready to sip in style!

- ½ banana frozen
- 2 heaping handfuls spinach
- ½ lime juiced
- 1 tsp lime zest
- ½ tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup celery chopped
- ½ apple chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- pinch cayenne pepper
- Tajin for garnish
- slice of fresh lime for garnish
Simply combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Rub a slice of fresh lime onto the corner of a glass and sprinkle a little tajin on the side.
Pour your smoothie into the glass and garnish with a fresh slice of lime ! Enjoy!
