Healthy Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Bars
Soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened, these banana oat chocolate chip bars are the perfect healthy snack or grab-and-go breakfast. Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond flour, ripe bananas, maple syrup, and dark chocolate chips, they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and refined sugar free. Baked in one pan and sliced into easy squares, they’re the kind of feel-good treat you’ll want to keep stocked in your fridge all week.

Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten free oats
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 3 small Bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Sun butter or nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup Oat milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1 Flax egg 1 Tbsp ground flax mixed with 2 1/2 Tbsp warm water
Extras
- Dark chocolate chips
- Walnuts optional
Start by making the flax egg. Simply mix 1 Tbsp of organic milled flaxseed with 2 1/2 Tbsp of warm water. Mix well and allow to stand for 5 minutes until it’s thickened.
Next pre heat your oven to 350° F.
Then, in a large bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together and then to that add all of the dry ingredients and mix well.
into the pan and bake it at 350° for 30 minutes or until a skewer or a fork comes out mostly clean.
Allowed to cool slightly, and then slice into squares. Enjoy immediately and store the leftovers in an air container in the fridge.
