Grinch Smoothie

MERRY GRINCHMAS!!! "Santa, don't forget the Grinch. I know he's mean and hairy and smelly, and his hands are cold and clammy, but I think he's kinda... sweet." — Cindy Lou.
We are celebrating our favorite fury green Christmas grump with this absolutely ADORABLE, fun, nutritious and beyond DELICIOUS grinch smoothie!!

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup coconut shredded
  • cups mango frozen
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ cup vegan Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cup almond milk

Decoration Ingredients

  • vegan whipped topping for decoration
  • christmas straw
  • little santa hat
  • dry erase marker
  • grinch stencil I got mine from Amazon. But you can draw the face however you like!

Instructions
 

  • Let’s start by having some fun’s drawing our grinch faces! Grab a black dry erase marker and if using a stencil, simply tape it to hold it in place and carefully draw within the lines. Remove the stencil and bam! Our grinch face glass is ready! Set it aside and move into the smoothie!
  • In a high speed blender, add all smoothie ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Grab that awesome grinch glass and fill to the top and watch as your green lil grinch emerges.
  • To decorate. Top with vegan whipped topping, a fun holiday straw and for a lil extra fun pop a lil santa hat on the straw. Happy sipping and happy holidays!!!!
