This Green Grape Spring Gimlet is a light, refreshing cocktail made with muddled green grapes, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and gin. Crisp, citrusy, and slightly floral, it’s the perfect spring or summer sip for happy hour, brunch, or entertaining.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 cocktail muddler
  • 1 coupe glass (a martini or long stemmed glass will also work) :)

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Green Grapes
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup 1:1 honey + warm water
  • 2 oz Gin
  • ice
  • green grapes/florals for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the green grapes to a cocktail shaker and muddle well until juicy and broken down
  • Next, add the lime juice, honey syrup, and gin
  • Then, fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled
  • Finally, double strain into a coupe glass or serve over fresh ice for a more relaxed style and garnish with fresh florals and a slice of fresh green grape, if desired :)
