This Green Grape Spring Gimlet is a light, refreshing cocktail made with muddled green grapes, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and gin. Crisp, citrusy, and slightly floral, it’s the perfect spring or summer sip for happy hour, brunch, or entertaining.
1 coupe glass (a martini or long stemmed glass will also work) :)
Ingredients
6-8Green Grapes
1ozfresh lime juice
0.5ozHoney syrup1:1 honey + warm water
2ozGin
ice
green grapes/floralsfor garnish
Instructions
Add the green grapes to a cocktail shaker and muddle well until juicy and broken down
Next, add the lime juice, honey syrup, and gin
Then, fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled
Finally, double strain into a coupe glass or serve over fresh ice for a more relaxed style and garnish with fresh florals and a slice of fresh green grape, if desired :)
