Ingredients
  

Bowl Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 cups massaged kale rinsed and torn
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup cucumber ribboned
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • fresh torn basil
  • olive oil
  • squeeze of fresh lemon

Vegan Ranch Dressing Ingredients

  • cup vegan mayo
  • ¼-½ cup unsweetened plain plant based milk
  • tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First FOR the dressing simple combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined and set aside. For unused dressing store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge)
  • Next, the chickpeas, after draining and rinsing, drizzle with a Lil olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Next, the kale, massage with lemon juice, salt and with a lil olive oil and set aside Ribbon the cucumbers and saute the mushies, and flash Blanche the peas.
  • Simply assemble prepared ingredients into a bowl, add fresh torn basil and a sprinkle of hemp and serve with the creamy dressing. ENJOY LOVES!
