Oats Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- ¾ cup chia milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp elderberry powder I used BARE ORGANICS
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop ground flax I used BARE ORGANICS
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Topping Ingredients
- banana
- fig
- strawberries
- coconut
To a pot add your oats, milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir continuously till the oats are cooked.
Remove from heat and stir in the elderberry, almond butter, and flax.
Add to a bowl and top with the yums and booooost ya day and bod!!! Happy Thursday my peeps!!
