- 1 cup REBBL oat milk based smoothie starter
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 Granny Smith apple cored, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 scoop greens powder
- 2 dates
- half a small lemon juiced
- 1-2 cups ice
* I’m a huge fan of REBBL smoothie starters. They are plant milk based and protein packed along with gut healthy probiotics but you can absolutely sub this ingredient for 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder along with one cup oat milk :)
