Copycat Wendy’s Vanilla Frosty

- ⅓ cup walnuts + extra for garnish
- 16 oz can coconut milk frozen into cubes
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- ½ cup plant milk of choice
- Ahead of time, pour the coconut milk into an ice cube tray and allow to freeze overnight. 
- Once the coconut milk cubes are frozen, let’s Begin by chilling serving glass(es) in either the fridge or freezer to prevent the frosty from melting once serving. 
- Then, into a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until silky smooth. 
- Remove the glass(es) from the fridge or freezer and pour generously. 
- For an extra creamy texture, you can use coconut cream.
- Try this recipe with your favorite choice of nuts: cashews, pecans, or macadamia nuts would work perfectly.
- Top with extra walnuts or whatever you desire :)
