- ⅓ cup walnuts + extra for garnish
- 16 oz can coconut milk frozen into cubes
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- ½ cup plant milk of choice
Ahead of time, pour the coconut milk into an ice cube tray and allow to freeze overnight.
Once the coconut milk cubes are frozen, let’s Begin by chilling serving glass(es) in either the fridge or freezer to prevent the frosty from melting once serving.
Then, into a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
Remove the glass(es) from the fridge or freezer and pour generously.
- For an extra creamy texture, you can use coconut cream.
- Try this recipe with your favorite choice of nuts: cashews, pecans, or macadamia nuts would work perfectly.
