This Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Smoothie combines the iconic flavors of cinnamon toast cereal with the nutrition of a high-protein smoothie. With cinnamon crunch protein powder, oats, banana, and creamy oat milk, it’s a delicious way to start your day or refuel after a workout.

  • Blender, pastry brush (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops KOS cinnamon cereal crunch protein powder*
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or nut butter of choice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup oat milk

Optional Toppings

  • Cinnamon crunch cereal crushed and whole
  • Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • To create the fun cereal glass, swipe a little maple onto the side of a glass with a pastry brush. Sprinkle some crushed cinnamon cereal over the top and set aside.
  • In a high speed blender add all smoothie ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into the glass and top with extra cereal. ENJOY!!

Notes

Cinnamon Cereal Crunch Protein Power can be substituted with vanilla protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon.
