Candy Cane Smoothie

pink pitaya powder

maple syrup

peppermint extract

cashew milk
or plant milk of choice

vegan friendly candy canes
crushed

tbsp
vegan white chocolate
melted
Instructions
Start by crushing your candy canes in a zip lock bag. I simply walked them with the back of a knife!
In a small bowl, melt the vegan white chocolate in 10 second intervals until melted.
Dip the tops of your serving glasses in the chocolate and sprinkle with the crushed CANDYCANE.
Leave the serving glasses in the fridge to chill ready for serving
Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Remove your glasses from the fridge, pour in your smoothie, top with an extra candy and if you desire. Stir. Sip.
Notes
If you don’t want to have any added sugar you can sub the candy cane for a fun holiday straw and omit the rim!
