INGREDIENTS- serves one
- ¾ cup oats
- 1½ cup plant milk
- 1/4¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ banana mashed
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1 cup plant based yogurt
- 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder
Topping Ingredients
- ½ green apple diced
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- shredded coconut
- Combine all oats ingredients into a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs 
- In a separate bowl mix your yogurt and blue spirulina and set aside. 
- Remove oats from the fridge. Top with your blue yogurt. Apple, sunflower seeds, and coconut.
